every day. E V E R Y D A Y. from 630pm server time til like 11pm the ENTIRE server lags to the point that instant cast spells take 6 seconds to get off. what the hell? is this level 60 prime time raid lag, all over again?

server is firetree.
been like this for a month+.
tired of it.
fix it.

It could be your system, your net connection or even your IPS that is the cause of the latency you are experiencing.

Tech support should be able to help identify some of the causes and can offer solutions.

I've just finished investigating Firetree and there do not appear to be realm side issues at work. You may want to try contacting our Technical Support staff for further advice on reducing and limiting the effects of latency:
