Lost cold weather flying skill

I just transfered realms and lost the cold weather flying ability I had purchased with the tome, is there anyway I can get the ability back?

The character on which you are posting, Gobolzek, (on Tichondrius) appears to still presently possess Cold Weather Flying.

May I ask why you believe your character no longer has this skill trained? Are you receiving any sort of error when attempting to fly in Northrend?
