Blizz! I know we have all had our differences, specially of late with this xpac. But that aside, what is the deal with these forums and the lack of moderation?

There are threads that clearly break forum posting rules and yet they go on and on for pages with no one locking them up. Letting anger and resentment fester its way through the forum community is not good.

Whats the deal? Where are the mods? Wheres the sanity?

Thanks for mentioning this. I had just sat down at my desk and have since taken care of this. I wonder if people can delete their comments faster than I can give them vacations? :thinking: The race is on either way!

We can. If you or we delete it, we can still see it. I see a lot of deleted typos. I also see a lot of people post a response, then realize it was too aggressive, and post a much nicer response. Which makes me happy that at least some folks have that realization and realize they shouldn't say those things, or at least try to be nicer.

I think the hope is that moderating this forum and locking/deleting threads doesnt fall entirely on ythisens shoulders. This forum is far too large to expect one or even two people to handle it.

It's mainly a task for the moderation team like its been stated in this thread. However, I do take care of things when I see them and have the time to go through it.
