I want a blue post to say something like.
"We understand the frustration of the azerite system we also agree the system is lacking or inadequate in it's current form. In 8.1 we will be taking the following steps x y and z to address this issue."
Why do we never see posts like this
I really don't understand. I mean you literally get paid to communicate with the community. From what it sounds like many of you casually check the forums after a morning cup of coffee and maybe an afternoon dropping the kids off at the superbowl
Does your work station not contain a second or third monitor? Shouldn't you have the forums and other social media outlets open all throughout your shift.
Failure to to communicate is the biggest problem any company suffers. Which is why companies have a communication team. Is management on the communications team at blizzard inept or am I missing something?
Are you guys under staffed, or do a lot of people call in sick? Did people quit? Is it possible you guys are playing another expansion then the rest of us and don't see any issues?
Surely there must be a reason it's gone down hill.
I wanted to take minute and add something. I was a bit mean originally here, but looking at recent blue post I feel like many of the responses come off as passive aggressive or sarcastic. I don't actually know If that's indeed intended or just a poor choice of wording since it's hard to tell sarcasm online, but it's not atypical of other large companies responses to customers.
