i didnt get a heart of azeroth and i'm almost 111... this doesn't seem right

This was fixed already however if you're missing the Heart of Azeoth Game Masters are able to restore it per this post here:

We're currently aware of a bug where this is happening to players, and our Devs are working on a hotfix. If you have completed the quest "The Heart of Azeroth" and do not have the Heart of Azeroth item in your inventory, please contact Customer Support so we can assist.
