Any plans to fix bounty bags?

I'm sure that the prepatch is acting as a sort of big live fire test for war mode, and so far it's great. My only concern is the implementation of bounty bags.

Why exactly are they an item that drops down onto the ground after a bounty target dies, instead of being automatically awarded to everyone who contributes to the kill? All this does is create a lot of trouble for big groups, where the goal becomes to play a Diablo 2 style mini game if you're melee, trying to spam click through the eighty players around you in the middle of combat in an attempt to pick it up.

And if you're ranged, well then you're just really out of luck. You have absolutely no chance of getting a bounty bag at all, so no loot chance or achievement for them.

If the rewards need to be nerfed in order to make this an acceptable thing to do, go ahead and do it. Because right now this is just one big frustrating blemish on an otherwise amazing new way to play the game

Edit: Oh and I'm sure you already know this, but bounty targets being able to ride as a passenger is not good. Become bounty, mount up with friend, fly high into the sky and just remain there.

The bounty bag is intended to be lootable by up to 5 players. Currently it is only working for one player, we're deploying a hotfix very soon to fix this.
