Has Blizzard's customer support deteriorated?

Long time players, what has your recent experiences with Blizz GMs been like compared to a few years ago?

Personally, I've found a few years ago GMs were very helpful and friendly. But, now days I've found creating tickets to be exhausting, GMs not helpful with requests, and often even if I'm in game I don't get to speak to a GM. I've even found GMs responses almost sarcastic or rude now days. It just gets worse and worse, without anyone seeming to care and often my tickets are marked resolved without being helped.

I'm wondering if others share my frustrations or if I've just had a few bad experiences?

That's a pretty interesting narrative considering from what I can see you got pretty good responses, in fact a lot more detailed than I expected. They went through and gave you a detailed log of all of your characters in the guild, they had all either quit on their own or were deleted, the Game Master even gave you dates along with where each character went. The ownership of the guild was even transferred from the Guild Leader directly, not through the use of the dethrone system. You then asked us to give it back to you because of how much money you've spent on our games, which we do appreciate, however that's not exactly relevant when it comes to what Game Masters are able to do and what the rules are in this case.

You were essentially asking us to take a guild from another player, to which we said no, and you didn't like that. There was no sign of compromise on your account so the ownership of the guild was given to another player. If that player wants to give it back they are more than welcome to. Since it sounds like you know them in real life(I'm trying to avoid mentioning any relation but I can read the tickets), they could've ticketed in and ask a Game Master for assistance, and our CS team could assist.

It looks like now already that that person did give you the guild ownership back. So I'm glad you were able to get this all figured out and get your guild back through appropriate means.

Now that's all cleared up I want to remind you all that this kind of discussion should be in the Customer Support forums here, not in General Discussion, so I'll be locking this for now.
