We now have it blue-text official that Blizzard regards any complaints that don't come with a dissection of the matter at hand and including possible fixes as illegitimate. That's right, if you can't do your job for them, they don't care. Is this the kind of customer service you want?

We are asking for criticism, like all posts, to be constructive. Random outbursts of rage don't help anyone, and they certainly don't get to the root of the problem.

If you have complaints, we're ready to listen, as always, but you won't see us respond to incoherent posts, or gameplay conversations that aren't generally constructive.

Hopefully that clears up the confusion you may have.
