Now having heard that from multiple sources im going to assume that if not completely 100% its along those lines.
What do i think about this? Well i think they realise that class design in its current form is simply not good enough but they dont want to acknowledge that fact.. that they want to bury the proverbial head in the sand hoping all thier troubles go away in 8.1...
I can tell you this, leveling through all the new content with a boring not complete class will totally ruin the new expac experience.
I would have much rathered a delayed release in order to get a complete product, not one i will forever resent because that exciting new expac period was ruined through poor time managment and horrid class design.
