Posted this in the deploy thread in the General Discussion forums, but figured it should live here too:
We're expieriencing some server issues that result in bad login attempts. Once your character connects and you log into the world your spot is reserved but it might take some work to get there. Additionally, this same server issue results in feature degradation for Guild options and the Auction Houses.
We're actively working to resolve this issue and will provide updates when we can.
