QoL Forum Improvement Suggestions

I've seen rumors that we're getting new forums, eventually (and that's why they haven't fixed the Post History). If that is the case I have a few suggestions I'd love to see.

1. Notifications for replies/quotes.
I would love be able to choose to get notifications if someone replies to a thread I make, or when someone quotes me any time. Personally I'd like it as a check box "Check here to receive notifications of replies/quotes" beneath the text box when posting a new thread or commenting on an existing one.

2. Option to track favorite threads.
I'd like to be able to "sticky" my own threads. I envision the regular sticky section and then under that or in a panel to the side, or a drop-down under my character portrait is another set of stickied threads, but ones only I can see because I've set them to favorite. I think this would also help with people keeping discussions to a single thread if they can easily find threads they want.

3. Improved Search.
I'm not talking about post history, I'm talking about the fact that I can type in the search box pretty much the exact title, word for word, of a thread that might be on the second or third page, and the results will be threads for 2012 or 2014, or anything but almost never the exact thread I'm looking for. Maybe create filters so we can sort by "newest" or "within the last 24 hours" etc.

4. Mouse Over Transmog
It would be sooo nice if I could just mouseover someone's profile picture and see a tooltip with their character's full body. Not only would it make the rate your transmog threads so much easier, it would also make it easier to just view transmogs in general.

That's what I would like to see. Anything you would add, or remove?

I feel like my work quality of life would improve 100000% if I could have embedded .gif replies.

Can you imagine the hysteria I could create of people trying to figure out what the .gif replies mean?
