Deadline for virtual tickets?

Hey, I have a couple of questions regarding the virtual ticket.

Firstly, what is the deadline for purchasing Blizzcon virtual tickets?

Secondly, if I do buy the ticket, will I get both the Alliance, and Horde mounts?

They should be available, at least, up to the convention.

I'll need to check on if they are available after the event, as I don't have an answer to that for this year, but I believe you could purchase them after previously.
