ILLEGALLY banned

WARNING: I'm going to talk about grown up, real life things. If that's too much for you to handle maturely don't even bother reading this.

Someone I know was recently banned from WoW without being given any reason. His appeal was denied.

Why he was banned or what he does with game time is IRRELEVANT to this conversation. What is relevant is that this punishment is not only ILLEGAL but UNCONSTITUTIONAL in the USA.

We have the RIGHT to know the charges that are being brought against us. You cannot punish someone without giving reason. What is even more egregious is that by denying his appeal without a transparent process he is directly having his constitutional rights violated.

Blizzard, listen to me now or you will be sorry when all three branches of the US government come down on you for this infringement.
