I dont understand - Blue Tracker

I dont understand. Why cant they just reboot the servers? Why does it have to stay down so long? I get the image in my mind of the guys in the server room playing darts and they dont notice till someone calls in and tells them. Then their like "ok, after this game". Its probably much more complicated than what im thinking right?

Your image of what they do is probably influenced by your lack of knowledge of what they do.
