Concordance of the Legionfall is terrible.

It's great that you guys added a few new traits to our artifacts and increased our old ones but that should have been where it ended. Concordance of the Legionfall is lame and really I don't see why you bothered to include it. I know for a fact i'll be stopping once my traits are all unlocked. A stupid random proc is not interesting at all. You should have just let us finish our artifacts instead.
