Are BM Hunters Losing 10% Pet Damage?

So I have 20 / 20 Spiritbound on my Hunter on live which gives
14.5% Player and Pet Damage.

With the upcoming changes we are obviously losing the 19 other points of the paragon traits. But we are getting the new talent which is supposed to take the place of the 19 paragon traits we are losing.

Thus we get Unseen Path which the tooltip states 10% Damage and 15% Stamina. We were told that this change was not going to be a nerf to classes, but the missing part about Pet Damage raised an eyebrow for me.

So I did a dummy test on the PTR.

This test is done naked with just the Artifact Weapon. Talents are both same on PTR and Live. Only difference is the 20/20 Spiritbound vs 1 Spiritbound + 1 Unseen Path.

From my napkin math it looks like BM Hunters are losing Pet Damage in the upcoming patch. So I am basically asking at this point why? Was this an intentional nerf to BM Hunters?

Bond of the Unseen Path should be giving pet damage. See for example: http://ptr.wowhead.com/spell=241110/bond-of-the-unseen-path .

The intent is that for all DPS specs, you go from a maximum of 14.5% damage to 15.5% (a separate 5% and a 10% trait). So it's at least a tiny damage gain for people who had a 54-point artifact previously, and a larger windfall for everyone else.
