Can I suspend my account?

This Hurricane Matthew is going to take out my power and internet for up to 3 weeks. That's what happened last time we got nailed. I just wondered if I can suspend my account so I don't get charged for the time I can't play. I'm even afraid to log on in case of a disconnect.

This is something you will need to contact CS regarding. I'm not sure what help they can provide, but at least they will be able to provide you with a concrete answer.
