I need to do Karazhan to get to Broken Isles?

So, i have to do ullduar and kharazan in order to go to the broken isles?

If you have started either of those quest lines, you must complete the remainder of the pre-expansion quest in order to obtain "In the Blink of an Eye" to proceed to the Broken Isles! :)
