Move around a little bit, play while standing up for a few mins, eat healthy food, go easy on the energy drinks. Don't try to push your endurance past what you know you can handle.

Don't want to hear any bad stories, so enjoy responsibly!

Edit: Oh, and if you're marathoning from midnight, take a pregame nap.

Edit #2: Regardless of energy drink intake, make sure to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Dehydration can very easily ruin your gaming. In terms of a marathon, it doesn't take long to get dehydrated and the symptoms can be severe.
