They nerfed the XP to sell boosts, obviously

Simple question. How can anyone possibly think that they nerfed invasion xp for any reason other than to sell boosts?

Who is the Activision employee who ruined the event because they wanted to sell the boosts?

Literally turned an event from a great community battle, the best I've ever seen, into angry solo-farming, getting trolled by people tagging your mobs, hating the world and wanting to be alone.

Absolutely chucked the event into the trashcan and Two Thousand Five Hundred Posts in the relevant thread in one day and no blue except "Hey we fixed it goodbye" no you ruined it and did not fix it at all.

Let's go, explain it. Post more new threads because they will not be responding in the existing one.

Edit: No, we didn't. Also this wasn't a nerf, as we've said many times. It comes off as a hard nerf due to time commitments increasing, but we have been attempting to resolve that.

i just have one question: why reduce exp when someone else attacks the mob?
isn't the whole point of MMOs to be rewarded for working together?

But people were going around tagging mobs then proceeding to AFK until said mobs or bosses were dead.

Unfortunately a few rotten apples can spoil the bunch.

For both of the above: This is not the goal we have for how the XP should be distributed and we have been following along with the conversation and looking into various claims with how the XP has been functioning.

I have no information to share on the status of this the moment more than this.
