Discord may be causing players to DC

my husband and I could not for the life of us figure out why we would disconnect 5 or 6 times an hour. We re wired things, looked at our ISP and did some testing. We noticed some packet loss during a ping test and decided to see if quitting discord ( chat online program ) helped.

After a week of constant disconnects we found zero after shutting down the Discord program.

I'm not really technical but I just wanted to share our findings. If it helps then great.
