Cant Equip Arcane Artifact Relic

Hello,

As a Vengeance Demon Hunter, I am unable to equip an arcane artifact relic into the correct slot.

Crystallizing Mana

Can you take a screenshot of the relic? Does the item say it's "attuned" to your other artifact?
