[Bug] World Quest Rewards

I'm currently 852 ilvl and am now getting 810 ilvl green world quests instead of the 835+ ilvl I used to get. Assuming this is a bug unless they nerfed world quest rewards.

We think we've narrowed this down, next build should have improvements.

This should For Really Real be fixed in the next build. In the mean time if you see an 810 reward, it's really an 835 in a clever disguise.
