Graphics issue since last patch

Other than the broken mirror graphics problems early on in the beta, I haven't ever had any graphics issues with wow. Until now.

Since the last patch, as soon as I logged on and cast a spell, my screen looks like I have a long spike extending out of my right side shoulder, stretching the length of my monitor, and turning as I turn. Reloading the UI, porting, etc, does not eliminate this effect.

EDIT: Ah....but taking a flight path removes the unwanted effect, until I move around a little, and it returns.
