That's my guess as well, since we're having trouble reproducing this internally. Can I get a character name so I can look into it further? (Might not be able to fix though).

Yeah somehow your character's don't have a record of this quest being completed:

And that's the quest that makes him visible. I'll try to see how it broke in the 1st place, but there's a good chance this isn't a retroactive fix.

On live we take great steps to make sure we don't break characters between major milestone (6.1, 6.2. etc). Much harder to do during Beta builds from April -> June, unfortunately.

Don't need any more character names, I'm not handing out fixes one at a time, there's way too many of you to do it. I'll see if we can do a retroactive fix, but it'd be for everyone, not one by one.

There's a lot more of you than there are me though, that's the problem. So fixes need to hit everybody for it to be practical, that's all.
