No Spirit Healer - Blue Tracker

I was doing a quest on test server 1 and had the zepp disappear on me on approach to Origimmar.
I feel to my death and unable to reach my body.
When I hit to release my spirit to the nearest grave yard which is in Origimmar there is no Spirit healer npc.
Now I am stuck and unsure what to do.
Please help.
