Game not closing correctly

As per my twitter conversation with Zorbrix: https://twitter.com/tatianasaggio/status/743933055912579072

I am having my game close incorrectly, this is completely re-producible by the following steps:

1) be logged into alpha
2) completely exit the game
3) if you have task manager / resourse monitor openl you will see that the legion beta process will not close and will skyrocket in CPU usage.

This works from ether in game OR from the login screen.
