So, I finally was able to get the Character creator working for my Paladin, and much to my dismay, despite my having completed the old questline long ago during BC, she can't access the Blood-Tempered Ranseur in the Transmog collection.
Hi friends, we have isolated the reason this particular issue is happening thanks to this report. It will be fixed in the next build. I believe there are a number of other similar issues regarding legacy quest credit that will be addressed by this fix as well. Thank you for the diligence in reporting!
