Definitely not sleeping! We're suffering right here with ya.

This issue isn't something we've "solved" yet. It'll keep happening, we'll push some changes, see if things are better or worse, learn a little bit more information, and continue on.

I know it's frustrating, but I'm actually really happy this is happening now so we can have time to learn from it and fix stuff. This is precisely why we test.
