Terror Larva with 40 Trillion Health!

So I'm in the corrupted part of Valsharah questing on my mage, and through the normal course of killing mobs, my living bomb exploded on some nearby yellow (neutral) "Terror Larvas" that have 80 health. However, the explosion did not kill them. When hit, they suddenly became permanently aggroed onto me and instead of 80 health, they now have 40 trillion health!

Is this a bug? Sure, with the name "Terror Larva" it might actually be intended, but as a Fire Mage you're telling me I cannot use my Living Bomb, Phoenix's Flames or Blast Wave while questing. Plus is it possible an Ignite could spread to them anyway?

Here's another larva that's neutral, not aggroed, and it has 27 billion health.

Found another one, but I sheeped it, so it's now a Sheep with 156 billion health

This is on our radar, but it's proving tricky to reproduce internally. We'll keep debugging, but in the meantime any specific details on it would be helpful. (Like if you see a creature/critter go from a normal amount of health to a large amount, what were you doing when it happened, where was it, etc).

Once a creature is in a bugged state it's harder to figure out how it happened.

With no squish this expansion they HAD to fix that. Many raid bosses will break that number and they don't want them to have to heal 4x during EVERY encounter now :P

Also, there was one on me with 50k health. I sheeped it, and started hitting another enemy. I retargeted it to see if I needed to resheep it, and its health had went up to a few million. I resheeped, and then a few seconds after, retargeted it, and its health had went up once again. I'm not sure if the act of me targeting it caused the health to go up, but it wasn't the act of me sheeping it, since the health total did not change before and after the polymorph. The health just was bigger every time I took a new look at it. Don't know if it changed when I targeted it, or while it was untargeted.

I included the screenshots in my original post so it would help you figure out exactly where I was and what was going on around me.


Appreciate the info, thank you. We'll keep looking into this, but since it's very inconsistent I don't think we'll have a fix in this build or the next.

Apologies for the godly critters in the meantime.
