Stormheim not working?

So after I got my artifact I chose Stormheim has the my zone to start....when I get on the ship after it sets sail...it tells me to man the Deck Cannon..but there are no cannons? I submitted a bug already on the screen...but what do I do now?

Are you sure if you walk down on the deck of the ship (traverse from stern to bow) they aren't there?
