Issue with quest into pandara

I was doing the first quest on the battle ship. I was not aware of no flying..(being i left wow before this expansion ) I fell and was not able to get back on the ship. i tried to delete the quest to see if i could redo..but i not able to. Anyway to help out. Thanks :)

You were working on the quest "Paint it Red" from General Nazgrim. You can go through the portal in Vallye of Honor to Honeydew Village. Once there, you'll just need to head to the ship, there is a teleport up to it located beneath the ship.

Talk to Nazgrim and pick up your quest. ;)
