Honor from Timeworn Strand World Quests

Is honor from turning in Timeworn Artifacts not supposed to count for increasing your Honor Level?

I'm seeing notifications of Honor Points in exchange for the Timeworn Artifacts but I'm only receiving Honor towards my Honor Level when I complete the World Quest, not when I turn in artifacts.

It should grant honor. This is a bug and thanks for bringing it to our attention.
