PvP number tuning

I feel like the last build(s) messed up numbers quite a bit. Balance actually feels worse against some specs.
I won't go into details but i noticed some specs dealing too much damage/healing

- DH both burst and sustained damage is overtuned.
- Holy Paladin damage seems overtuned. I've seen them outdealing damage specs by 40-50%.
- BM Hunter pets are overtuned
- WW Monk burst is too high
- Enhance burst is too high
- DK Wandering plague dot ticks for 450k
- Assassination Rogue sustained damage seems very high
- Both arcane mage and frost mage burst are too high. 70-0 with one spell should never be possible.

- DH healing is completly broken. They can heal 20-100 in a global if they are lucky with Demonic appetite.
-Paladin/Monk healing is probably overtuned.

Thanks for making this post. You are right that we are starting to take a look at damage and we welcome any feedback about tuning that you have.
