If you don't like criticism, don't open yourselves up for it.
If you don't agree with someone's viewpoint, build a bridge and get over it. It's their right to have one.
If all you want to hear is compliments, pats on the back, and positive reinforcement, you're in the wrong industry.
If you can't take negative feedback in the same grace you take positive feedback, then you have no business asking for feedback at all.
