Unless I'm missing some super secret part of the interface menu, (I'm not, I checked, arena frames are checked http://puu.sh/nCPM3/b16526e07b.jpg ) then arena frames are not working during the preparation phase of arenas. If this was intentional, it was a stupid idea and needs to be reverted immediately, if it wasn't intentional, how has it not been fixed in the time the pvp servers have been up? Part of the preparation phase is picking your talents to deal with comps.
