[Bug] Power Word: Radiance

I was running through Eye of Azshara when I cast PW: Rad to heal up some members of the group but it applied 5 times instead of the 3.

Asked around and another Disc Priest who was testing also found in his logs where PW:Rad bugged out for him, but applied 6 times!

I think we tracked this down; let us know if you see any evidence of PW:R occasionally doublecasting anytime after next week's build.
