PvP Healing

Is healing in PvP going to get a buff? I feel like it's really weak right now. I can barely get a 1.4 sec cast off before my healing target is already dead. And if I do it doesn't matter because my heals barely crit for 295k, but it seems like everyone hits for 300k+ and crits for triple that back to back.

It seems pointless to even play a healer in PvP right now.

Its very hard to test my abilities and how they are supposed to properly function when so much instant dmg is being popped out. Some of the hardest hitting abilities in the game are all instant and on less than a 15sec CD.

Is anything being done about this or is this what PvP healing is going to be in legion?
