Quest asks us to Speak to:

Emmarel Shadewarden
Loren Stormhoof

Both are not able to be spoken too.

Have attempted:
/Reload
Abandoned and Reaquired
Logged out and In again

Both sill not able to be talked too

We're in the process of fixing this - a lot of you aren't getting credit because you recruited followers while not on the quest, which isn't your fault. It should retroactively check to see your progress on it.

I believe we still need to hook this up for some of the quests, I don't have an ETA on it though.
