Frozen account. Payment pending. Etc.

My primary account appears to be frozen. I can still log in and play just fine but posting on forums is not possible.

More importantly, a friend decided to gift unto me one of the new pets, which I'd like to apply to the account my main is on... and I cannot apply it because the account is frozen.

How long does this take to resolve? Why can't I apply one of these to a frozen account for which the payment is pending?

I switched to month to month from quarterly when I switched financial institutions, so I'm not used to main account's accesses being interrupted.

My friend was very excited to give me this gift to cheer me up and stuff. Now she's like " :( ".

We did run into this issue last night, if your payment is in process, i.e., pending - that can prevent being able to claim a pet.

That process normally clears up quite quickly.
