Frozen account. Payment pending. Etc.

My primary account appears to be frozen. I can still log in and play just fine but posting on forums is not possible.

More importantly, a friend decided to gift unto me one of the new pets, which I'd like to apply to the account my main is on... and I cannot apply it because the account is frozen.

How long does this take to resolve? Why can't I apply one of these to a frozen account for which the payment is pending?

We did run into this issue last night, if your payment is in process, i.e., pending - that can prevent being able to claim a pet.

That process normally clears up quite quickly.
