Can't even reach Checkout WEBPAGE - Pet Store

EDIT: Just to clarify, this issue is not about credit card and unbilled transaction problems... I can't even get to the Checkout page that asks for credit card info!

First off, I'm trying to buy one of the new Blizzard pets From the Blizzard Pet Store

The Problem:
Step 1 : I go to the Blizzard Pet Store homepage. *Works*
Step 2 : I log into my Battle.net account. *Works*
Step 3 : I add the Lil K.T. pet to my cart. *Works*
Step 4 : I click the Checkout button. *Doesn't work* I am returned to the Blizzard Pet Store home page.

Steps 3 and 4 basically repeat forever.

What I've done to try and Fix it:
I have tried this with Internet Explorer *Didn't Work*
I cleared all cookies/internet data/etc and tried with Enternet Explorer again *Didn't Work*
I have tried with Opera internet browser *Didn't Work*
I cleared all cookies/internet data/etc and tried with Opera internet browser again *Didn't Work*
I tried using Opera's various options to mask the browser as Firefox and Internet Explorer *Didn't Work*

I'm not sure what else to try... any thoughts?

Have you tried the actual Firefox browser, Blastshot? I see where you said:

I'm not familiar with Opera but that sounds like it is mimicking those two browsers.
