That standard message lists the North American phone number for Billing & Account Services.

The Australian number is different:

Australia: 1-800-041-378

We are experiencing a heavy call volume right now but are open for about another hour and a half. If you receive a busy signal please try again in a little bit.

Of course, while you are waiting, you may wish to try clearing your cookies and temporary files or try the transaction from another web browser completely to see if you can get the transaction to finalize.
