Banned for questioning Battle.net merge

i just found out that Blizzard won't let me post comments int the coversion thread. i have been an outspoken opponent to the merger, posted several concerns about Blizzard policies. I am now banned from that thread. is Blizzard afraid that i have raised legitimate concerns and don't want other customers to question Blizzard polices?

Have you been banned for having legit complaints?

It's not possible for us to ban you from a single thread unless we lock it or it reaches its post cap. Neither of these circumstances are true for the Battle.net conversion sticky. Are you perhaps admitting that a separate account of yours was suspended from the forums?

The answer to my questions appears to be "yes." Feel free to review our Code of Conduct with regard to circumventing a forum suspension by posting on a separate account.
