Or is there taxes and stuff I should be aware of that will stop the 25$ card from goiing through.

When a prepaid card is being used our system is not always able to verify the contact information the financial institution may have on file. This could happen for a number of reasons, like the information not being available for merchants. It is because of address verification issues like these that pre-paid credit cards and "virtual" credit cards can not be guaranteed to work with our system.
If you would like, you could call the Billing & Account Services department directly to attempt the transaction over the phone. A representative can verify your account and attempt to process the payment on our end to see if it will go through. There is no guarantee a Billing representative can make your card work and the other alternatives I could think of would be using that card to purchase a Gamecard in store or seeing if you could use that card with PayPal, since that is an accepted alternative payment method at this time.
