GM ticket is taking a long time

I was told by technical support that I would be able to bring back a character that was deleted off of my account by my little brother. i opened the ticket last night at 8pm EST, went to bed to wake up that the ticket still hasnt been read, is there any way to speed up this process?

Aesóp, by repetitively closing your reopening your petition, you've effectively removed yourself from your prior place in queue. Please keep your current petition open and do not close it so that we may assist you. :)

Now, with that said, so that we may look into your request even if you are offline or AFK, please edit in the following information to your petition:

    - The name and realm of your deleted character
    - Its level, race, and class
    - Approximately when it was deleted (to the best of your memory)
    - Permission to use a limited restoration, if necessary


Also, if items or currency were removed from the character prior to its deletion, note this too!


Just as a heads up, if you are unavailable at the time that your petition is addressed, you may receive an in-game response (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=20677328021&sid=1). Keep an eye out for this today, but please also feel free to just sit back and relax. We'll be along to help just as quickly as possible.
