Cannot Buy Pet!

I keep Trying to Purchase the new pets from the blizzard pet store but i keep on getting this message~"We are unable to process your transaction at this time.
If you continue to receive this error on subsequent attempts, please contact our Billing and Account Services Department at (800) 592-5499 for domestic callers and (949) 955-0283 for international callers. Our Blizzard Store FAQ may also be of assistance.".

i have called but every time i do the line is busy,i was wondering if this is a problem that many have or just me.
