Lost gladiator title on transfer.

On 9/1 i received gladiator title and my mount. On 9/4 I race changed from gnome to human, on the same day I transferred to Cho'gal. on 9/10 i transferred from cho'gal to Blackrock. then on 10/28 i transferred orc to human then transferred to Crushridge.

i receieved gladiator on crushridge originally from a 2v2 team Centrolol also played on the same team as me and has his gladiator title.

Actually you Faction Changed from a Gnome to an Orc and recently used the Faction Change service once more to change that Orc into a Human. You also transferred realms a few times during that process. :)

I'm not certain if you were aware but originally the calculations for Arena Titles and rewards needed to be adjusted so they were run a second time shortly after the titles were awarded. This worked to resolve the title issues but unfortunately for those people who transferred or Faction Changed between the first and second calculation missed out on the title because technically they no longer were the character who earned it. It looks like you Faction Changes and Transferred during that time frame.

Your information has been forwarded and they will look into awarding you the title. I highly recommend refraining from Transferring or Faction Changing until the title is awarded, Raazor, this process may take several days. You should be contacted once it is complete.

well the first answer i got was saying that nothing could be done. I opened one more ticket up which was closed when i was asleep. The ticket i got tonight said it was going to be esculated but the gm closed it on accident it looks like.

Please close out that petition. As the last Game Master stated when they spoke with you, they were forwarding your information for further investigation. That is different from escalation to a Character Specialist, the petition does not remain open in that case.

A month of waiting thus far, pretty... terrible.

At this rate you won't see it till next season (if you're gonna get it next season that is).

Believe me that is not our intention. Unfortunately applying a title on an individual basis instead of en masse is a complicated and apparently lengthy process.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow, Raazor, I hope the change goes in this morning. I'll check when I get in tomorrow and if you haven't been awarded the title I'll see if I can get an idea of when that will happen.

Though appreciated it wouldn't be necessary for me to do my job, Bezerker. That job is to help when I am able. Though I am unable to assist directly with this issue I as well as a few others have forwarded the necessary information and I'm simply keeping track of when something can be done to resolve this issue.

I would rather not introduce any antagonistic posts if I can avoid it. :)

I have an update for this, Raazor, it appears that your information is certainly on the list to be awarded the title. Unfortunately the script that must run to apply the title needs to be done during maintenance. This week did not have a normal maintenance period so they were unable to apply it.

Though I hesitate to give any definitive date I've been told that if all goes well your title should be applied during next weeks maintenance.
