Hallowed Helm from trick or treating?

Just wondering if anyone has gotten their hallowed helm from trick or treating or if it only drops from HH. Finding a group with my 76 paladin has been difficult to say the least, and this week I've only had time to trick or treat every couple of hours. I want to know if there's a "possibility" of getting the achievement this way (as it's all that I need for the meta), or if I've got some serious farming/bribing to do.

I got one from Trick or Treating yesterday.
