Hi, last Friday I called 1-800-59-BLIZZ to have a problem solved with my WoW account. After talking on the phone with Blizzard Support, we decided that I should fill out a Battle.net/WoW Account Disassociation Form to transfer my WoW Account to a new Battle.net Account. On Friday when the Blizzard Support sent me an email with all the instructions, I also got an email for a Battle.net email verification. However when I clicked the link it said Failed ex...... So I emailed the employee I talked to and he said that he doesn't see a problem. I sent the form in on Saturday the next day. It has now been more then 5 business days since I sent the form. I know that it says to resend the form if it has,and to notify the Account Administration, but my question is; was the old Battle.net account (which was not under my access/or registered in my email) suppose to, and is it possible that the finalization steps were sent to that email (the hacker), or would the email be sent to the new Bnet account email (which is the one the steps were sent to)

Thanks

They would send it to the e-mail you listed as correct on the form you submitted, Slashdance. I encourage you to submit the form once more, and contact your specific Billing Point of Contact via e-mail to see if they are able to verify receipt.

Thank you for your patience!
