I've been trying to find an answer to my question for months now. Nobody really seems to know. I have opened several GM tickets and have received responses saying both yes, and no. I was hoping a blue here could answer this question for me once and for all, I would greatly appreciate it :).

So I know you can't get the t2 weapons, shoulders, or gladiator from 2v2 arena teams as of the start of season 7.
Q u o t e:
Beginning with season 7, players will no longer have access to the newest season's weapons or shoulder armor and will not qualify for the Gladiator title/rewards with ratings from the 2v2 bracket alone. Ratings obtained through 3v3 and 5v5 game play will be required for these rewards, while the rest of the newest season's items will remain available to players in all brackets (standard rating restrictions still apply).

However the blue post specifically says
Q u o t e:
will not qualify for the Gladiator title/rewards with ratings from the 2v2 bracket

So does that mean you can still get Challenger, Rival, and Duelist? Can anyone confirm or deny this? Preferably a GM? thanks.

They should not qualify for any titles, Shazierein.

No help when I post as usual. Thanks for further confirming my beliefs that the forum community and blues in general are pretty worthless with their copy and paste answers.

Wow. I am very sorry that your post was not originally seen and addressed, Shazierein, but I think this response is a bit over the top, don't you?

Please remember that these forums are here for players to discuss the game with other players. Though there are those of us who moderate this forum we can neither address all posts made nor are we required to.

If you require an answer you'll want to write to [email protected] or submit an in-game petition.

My crystal ball tells me I should probably lock this to avoid what will likely come next.

So, in an effort to allow everyone to retain their posting privileges I will do just that.
